Planning your project
Do I need a technical brief before getting in touch?
No. Tell us what your business does, who your customers are and what you want to improve. Examples of your current problems help us identify the requirements together.
How much does a website or application cost?
Pricing depends on the pages, design, content, integrations and workflows you need. We discuss your priorities and provide a scope and estimate before delivery is agreed.
How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the agreed scope, available content, integrations and review time. We identify dependencies and agree a realistic plan after understanding the work.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We can review the design, content, performance and technical setup, then discuss whether focused improvements or a rebuild best fits your needs.
Can I request changes during the project?
Yes. We discuss how a proposed change affects the scope, cost and delivery plan before agreeing to implement it.
Design, content and enquiries
Will the website work on phones and tablets?
Responsive layouts are part of our website delivery scope. We check the agreed pages and key journeys across relevant screen sizes, including forms and navigation.
Can I update my website content myself?
We can include a managed CMS and editor access where the scope calls for it. We agree which content your team needs to manage and what training or handover is included.
Can you add lead capture forms and CRM integration?
Yes. Enquiry forms, lead routing and CRM connections can be included. We agree the required fields, destinations, notifications and integration access before implementation.
Can website design help generate more enquiries?
Clear services, useful content, credible evidence and an easy contact journey can help visitors take the next step. Results also depend on your offer and traffic; design alone cannot guarantee leads.
Do you help with website content and images?
We can discuss content planning, writing and image preparation as part of the scope. Your team confirms business details, approvals and the rights to supplied material.
Hosting, speed and security
Can you help choose hosting and manage the server?
Yes. We can assess hosting around your website, traffic, application needs and budget. Hosting management, backups, monitoring and response responsibilities must be explicitly agreed.
Do you set up SSL and HTTPS?
SSL setup and HTTPS configuration can be included in launch or maintenance work. Certificate renewal and hosting ownership are clarified as part of the agreed responsibilities.
Can you make a slow website faster?
We can investigate images, scripts, caching, hosting and application behaviour, then prioritise improvements. Performance varies with devices, networks and third-party services, so a single score is not a permanent guarantee.
Do you maintain security updates and backups?
These can be included in an agreed maintenance plan. We define the systems covered, update checks, backup arrangements and recovery responsibilities rather than assuming all support is included.
Search visibility and ongoing support
Will my website be ready for Google Search?
Technical SEO work can include crawlable pages, appropriate titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemaps and redirects. Search visibility also depends on content, competition and Google’s indexing decisions.
Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
No. Rankings and indexing are controlled by search engines. We focus on relevant content, sound technical foundations and an agreed measurement plan.
What happens after launch?
We agree handover, account access and any ongoing support before launch. Maintenance, new features and response commitments depend on the engagement scope.
Who owns the website and hosting accounts?
Ownership, licences, source-file handover and account access are set out in the engagement terms. We clarify these before delivery so responsibilities are understood.
How do I start a project with you?
Use Discuss a Project or contact us with your goals, existing website if relevant, budget expectations and any important dates. You do not need every technical answer to begin.
Redesign and performance decisions
Should I redesign my website or improve the existing one?
Focused improvements may suit a website with useful content and a sound structure. A redesign may be more appropriate when navigation, mobile layouts and content need changes across the site. We review the current website and your goals before recommending scope.
Does a slow website always need a rebuild?
No. Images, scripts, hosting, caching or third-party tools may be contributing to the problem. Start with representative pages and a performance baseline so the proposed work addresses the cause.
Will a faster website guarantee more enquiries?
No. Speed is one part of the customer experience. Your offer, audience, content, trust and follow-up also matter. We can agree technical checks and practical enquiry journeys without promising a specific sales result.
Can my website stay online during the redesign?
We discuss a separate preview environment, content updates and launch arrangements during planning. The transition depends on the current platform and hosting. Backups, testing and any expected interruption should be agreed before launch.
Can I see evidence of your redesign and performance work?
Our Yukt Law case study includes delivered work and supplied mobile performance test screenshots with their conditions and limitations. A previous project is an example of our work, not a guarantee of the same score or business outcome for another website.
What should I send for a website improvement discussion?
Share your public website URL, the main problem, important customer journeys and timing constraints. Explain whether the priority is speed, mobile usability, content or enquiries. Do not send passwords or private customer records in the initial form.
International projects and handover
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Mumbai, India, and welcome international projects. Share your country and time zone so we can discuss scope, communication and review arrangements.
How will we manage different time zones?
We agree suitable meeting times, communication channels and review points for the engagement. Our published office hours use India Standard Time. International delivery does not automatically include round-the-clock availability.
How are payments and project milestones agreed?
The quotation and client agreement define the payment schedule, milestones, currency and applicable third-party costs. Acceptance and advance payment requirements are agreed before work starts; there is no standard price or payment split assumed for every project.
What will I receive at handover?
Handover can cover agreed account access, documentation, editor guidance and deployment information. Source-file rights, third-party licences and ongoing support are defined in the engagement terms, so confirm the items your team needs before delivery.
