Website Redesign

Turn a dated or frustrating website into a clearer path to enquiry.

Turn an outdated website into a clearer customer experience. Discuss content, enquiry journeys, mobile design and migration with Web Build Solutions.

Start with your goal. No technical specification needed.

Improve the website you already have

Slow, dated or difficult
to enquire through?

Start with the pages your customers actually use. We help identify whether focused improvements, a redesign or a combination makes sense before agreeing the work.

Make mobile visits easier

Review loading, navigation, readability and contact forms so visitors can understand your services and take the next step.

Keep what still works

Review useful content, important URLs and existing integrations. A redesign does not need to discard everything; content migration and redirects are planned where changes are needed.

Agree what success means

Define the pages and journeys to improve, record a performance baseline and compare agreed checks after the work. Lab scores and real customer experience are different measures; neither guarantees more enquiries.

What affects scope, cost and timing?

The number and complexity of pages, CMS condition, content changes, forms and integrations, hosting constraints and migration requirements all affect the work. Third-party fees, new content and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately. Share your website URL and main concern so we can discuss a suitable scope and quotation.

Based in India and working internationally. Communication, review times, deliverables and handover are agreed for your project.

The scope

What we can help with.

We shape the work around your priorities. Here are the main areas we can discuss.

01

Existing content and journey review

Review what visitors need, what content is useful and where the current experience creates friction.

02

Revised page layouts and navigation

Reshape navigation and layouts around the journeys the new website should support.

03

Content migration and URL transition planning

Plan where retained content belongs and how important URLs will transition.

What we agree before starting

We agree content responsibility, platform, migration, hosting and ongoing maintenance as part of the engagement. The final deliverables and responsibilities belong in the agreed project scope.

How it works

A clear path
through the work.

Audit what should stay, review revised designs, migrate agreed content and validate redirects and key journeys.

  1. 01

    Plan the journey

Review audiences, content and the paths visitors need to take.

  2. 02

    Design and implement

Review the direction and build the agreed templates, functionality or improvements.

  3. 03

    Check and launch

Validate key pages and journeys, then prepare the transition and editing handover.

Scope, review points and responsibilities are agreed together. Pricing is based on the work your project needs.

Yukt Law Offices: redesign and continuing website care

Delivered work: Web Build Solutions revamped the website and worked on its technical performance, hosting configuration and SSL setup. The engagement continued through managed hosting, backups and maintenance, connecting the redesign with ongoing technical care for the website.

Outcome: The client received an updated website with configured hosting and SSL, supported by continuing maintenance. The supplied mobile PageSpeed Insights screenshots show a performance score of 57 in the earlier test and 100 in the later test. The comparison below includes the original screenshots and test conditions.

Before you decide

Your questions,
answered clearly.

Something specific to your setup? Talk it through with us.

Do we need a redesign or just targeted improvements?

Start by separating the problems. A slow page may need performance work, an unclear offer may need better content, and a broken form may need repair. A redesign is more appropriate when several parts of the customer journey need coordinated change. We review the existing site and agree the priorities before defining the build.

Compare redesign and focused fixes
What should a website redesign quote include?

Look for the page and template scope, content responsibilities, mobile behaviour, editing tools, enquiry handling, existing URL treatment and acceptance checks. Hosting, SSL, licences, analytics and ongoing care should be included or excluded explicitly. We discuss the required work and dependencies before quoting, so proposals can be compared on the deliverables rather than page count alone.

Use the redesign quote checklist
Will a new design automatically generate more leads?

No design can promise that on its own. The offer, audience, useful content, supporting evidence and enquiry process all matter. We shape the agreed customer journeys around a clear next step and check the forms and handover. If measurement is included, define useful enquiries and the reporting approach rather than treating every button click as a lead.

Review the path from visit to enquiry
Can useful pages and website addresses be retained?

Existing content and addresses should be reviewed before changes are made. Keep useful pages where appropriate, map necessary moves and check redirects and internal links. We also test important enquiry journeys as part of the agreed transition. Search traffic cannot be guaranteed, but URL and content handling should be a deliberate part of the redesign scope.

Plan content and URL handling
What should I send in my enquiry?

Share the existing site, known problems, useful analytics and pages or URLs that must be retained. Include any timing constraints and the main change you want to achieve. Public links or anonymised examples are enough to start; access can be arranged separately.
