The business challenge
Hostel leave administration needs to connect a student request with parental consent, staff decisions and actual gate movements. Separate forms and registers make that sequence harder to follow. The institution required a system that reflected the distinct responsibilities of students, hostel staff, administrators and security personnel.

The solution we delivered
Web Build Solutions designed, developed and deployed a role-based hostel portal using Angular, PHP and MySQL. The application connects leave submission, parent or guardian OTP consent, two-stage hostel approval and security gate records. Academic-year administration supports the continuing management of student rosters and historical records.

What the project delivered
