The business challenge
The earlier material management application was difficult to maintain, with operational bugs affecting day-to-day use. Stock adjustments and transaction tracing needed a clearer workflow, allowing railway divisions and zonal officers to follow requests, deliveries and allotments through connected records.

The solution we delivered
Web Build Solutions rebuilt the system with a React interface, custom PHP APIs and a MySQL database. The work included system planning, implementation, migration of existing data and deployment. Rather than treating purchasing and stock as separate tasks, the application connects the material journey from divisional requirements to receipt and allotment.
