API & Third-Party Integration

Let your systems share the information they need.

Connect your website and business tools through API integration. Discuss data flows, access, reliability and third-party requirements with Web Build Solutions.

Start with your goal. No technical specification needed.

The scope

What we can help with.

We shape the work around your priorities. Here are the main areas we can discuss.

01

API and authentication review

Review the available endpoints, permissions and provider restrictions before choosing an approach.

02

Data mapping and sync rules

Define which system owns each field, how it is transformed and when updates are exchanged.

03

Failure handling, retries and diagnostics

Plan for duplicate events, interrupted connections and the information needed to investigate failures.

What we agree before starting

Discuss your users, permissions, data, integrations and support needs so we can define the right scope. The final deliverables and responsibilities belong in the agreed project scope.

How it works

A clear path
through the work.

Map ownership and data flows, implement the connection, then test failures, duplicates and recovery.

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

Map users, records and exceptions before deciding how the software should work.

  2. 02

    Shape and build

Agree priorities, review the proposed experience and implement the scoped features.

  3. 03

    Validate and hand over

Check agreed journeys and access rules, then plan deployment and continuing ownership.

Scope, review points and responsibilities are agreed together. Pricing is based on the work your project needs.

Six real estate websites connected to VaultRE

Delivered work: Web Build Solutions developed custom PHP integrations that fetch VaultRE property information on a scheduled daily basis and synchronise it into each website’s WordPress database. The public search and filters operate on that local data. Sold statuses are updated, and listing images are managed through VaultRE. The implementation uses custom integration code rather than an off-the-shelf plugin.

Outcome: Team Vish, Area Specialist, Team Rami, Mark Prior, Mark & Co and Five AM Projects received a tailored approach to publishing CRM-managed listings. The integration connects their public websites with a daily property-data update workflow; it is not real-time synchronisation.

Before you decide

Your questions,
answered clearly.

Something specific to your setup? Talk it through with us.

Can any third-party system be connected?

Feasibility depends on its API, permissions, rate limits and commercial restrictions. We review these before committing to an integration.

How is the scope and price decided?

We review your requirements, existing setup, dependencies and priorities. Pricing is consultation-based and reflects the agreed deliverables. Third-party fees and ongoing support are considered separately where relevant.

What should I send in my enquiry?

Provide documentation, sandbox access arrangements and the required data direction and timing. Include any timing constraints and the main change you want to achieve. Public links or anonymised examples are enough to start; access can be arranged separately.
