The requirement
The business challenge
Property websites need to stay aligned with listing information managed in a separate CRM while providing useful search for prospective buyers. This engagement required a repeatable integration approach across six distinct WordPress websites, following the client requirements and designs managed by Datacal New Zealand.
Our work
The solution we delivered
Web Build Solutions developed custom PHP integrations that fetch VaultRE property information on a scheduled daily basis and synchronise it into each website’s WordPress database. The public search and filters operate on that local data. Sold statuses are updated, and listing images are managed through VaultRE. The implementation uses custom integration code rather than an off-the-shelf plugin.
Important modules and workflows
Daily scheduled VaultRE listing synchronisation.
Property information stored in each site’s WordPress database.
Local property search and filtering for website visitors.
Sold-status updates and VaultRE-managed listing images.
Additional performance work for Team Vish and Team Rami.

What the project delivered
Team Vish, Area Specialist, Team Rami, Mark Prior, Mark & Co and Five AM Projects received a tailored approach to publishing CRM-managed listings. The integration connects their public websites with a daily property-data update workflow; it is not real-time synchronisation.
