WordPress & CMS Development

Make everyday content updates easier to manage.

Manage your business website with a CMS designed around your content and editors. Discuss WordPress, enquiry capture and handover with Web Build Solutions.

Start with your goal. No technical specification needed.

The scope

What we can help with.

We shape the work around your priorities. Here are the main areas we can discuss.

01

Content models and reusable templates

Define content types and templates so repeated information stays consistent.

02

Editor roles and publishing workflows

Agree who can edit, review and publish, based on the responsibilities of your team.

03

Scoped theme, plugin and integration work

Choose platform extensions around requirements, compatibility and maintenance responsibilities.

What we agree before starting

We agree content responsibility, platform, migration, hosting and ongoing maintenance as part of the engagement. The final deliverables and responsibilities belong in the agreed project scope.

How it works

A clear path
through the work.

Model the content, build templates and editing controls, then test publishing and prepare handover.

  1. 01

    Plan the journey

Review audiences, content and the paths visitors need to take.

  2. 02

    Design and implement

Review the direction and build the agreed templates, functionality or improvements.

  3. 03

    Check and launch

Validate key pages and journeys, then prepare the transition and editing handover.

Scope, review points and responsibilities are agreed together. Pricing is based on the work your project needs.

Six real estate websites connected to VaultRE

Delivered work: Web Build Solutions developed custom PHP integrations that fetch VaultRE property information on a scheduled daily basis and synchronise it into each website’s WordPress database. The public search and filters operate on that local data. Sold statuses are updated, and listing images are managed through VaultRE. The implementation uses custom integration code rather than an off-the-shelf plugin.

Outcome: Team Vish, Area Specialist, Team Rami, Mark Prior, Mark & Co and Five AM Projects received a tailored approach to publishing CRM-managed listings. The integration connects their public websites with a daily property-data update workflow; it is not real-time synchronisation.

Can our staff update the website without a developer?

That is a central requirement to discuss. List the content your team maintains and ask for editing tasks to be demonstrated with realistic examples. We can build agreed content types and reusable layouts, define editor permissions and prepare handover. Wider design changes, new features and routine content assistance should have clear responsibilities in the support arrangement.

Plan practical CMS editing
Can a CMS website capture enquiries in our existing CRM?

It may be possible if the CRM provides suitable access and the required information can be exchanged. We review fields, permissions, the destination record and failure handling before including a connection. A notification is only part of the journey: agree where the original enquiry is kept and who is responsible for responding.

Plan the enquiry handover
Do we need custom software instead of a CMS?

Not simply because you need editable pages and forms. An established CMS and existing business tools may be enough. Custom work becomes relevant when essential permissions, records or workflows cannot be handled sensibly through that setup. We start with publishing tasks and customer journeys, then separate standard configuration from any genuinely necessary custom development.

Compare CMS and operational requirements
What happens after the CMS website launches?

Agree who handles platform updates, backups, checks on important features, licence renewals and support requests. Training and account access also need a clear handover. Managed hosting and content support are not automatically the same as CMS maintenance. We define the continuing responsibilities and exclusions with you so editors and support contacts know what to do.

Understand WordPress maintenance ownership
What should I send in my enquiry?

List content types, editors, approval needs and existing plugins or platform requirements. Include any timing constraints and the main change you want to achieve. Public links or anonymised examples are enough to start; access can be arranged separately.
